Come one come all for some family friendly Halloween fun! We will have some of the coolest

Halloween hearses from the Las Ryds Hearse car club for you to see and help lead our march.

Will also have the honor of having once again the beloved 8’ tall Reaper Madness as our grand

marshal to mingle with the crowd for photo opportunities and to lead our march. There will be

some other Halloween surprises waiting for you there too!

 

We start at Village Hall located at 7112 W. 111th Street in Worth. Please bring a non-perishable

food item for humans or animals to be donated to the Worth Food Pantry located at the Worth

Methodist Church at 7100 W. 112 th Street. Our goal for this event is to raise awareness for the

needs of our food pantry. Please wear a costume and be dressed for the weather with comfortable

walking shoes. Also, please bring a flashlight or other device (e.g. glow sticks) to help make

you and your children more visible for our evening walk.

 

If you happen to live along our march route, please don’t be alarmed; we are not a zombie

horde looking for our next victims. We are out to see some of the best Halloween homes decorated

in our community and to bring awareness to the food drive. Feel free to join in on our walk

or bring out a can of food to the end of your driveway to donate to the food drive. We are sure

that one of our peeps or creeps would be happy to retrieve it from you. All march participants

will also receive a special discount coupon to the Worth Park District’s Haunted House “Nightmare

at the Terrace!”
